Thank you for your interest in Elevate Her’s Pop-Up Wellness Event. Please review our refund policy before purchasing your ticket.

Final Sale Policy

All ticket sales for the Pop-Up Wellness Event are final and non-refundable. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged. This policy is in place to ensure that we can effectively plan and deliver a high-quality experience for all participants.

Ticket Transferability

While tickets are non-refundable, they are transferrable to another person. If you are unable to attend the event, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at elevateherdesign@gmail.com or (360) 269-9279 with your ticket details and the new attendee’s information.

  2. Provide the full name, email address, and phone number of the person to whom you are transferring your ticket.

  3. Ensure that the transfer request is made at least 48 hours before the event date to allow for proper processing.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

In the unlikely event that the Pop-Up Wellness Event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organizers, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. In the case of cancellation, a full refund will be provided. If the event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically be transferred to the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, a refund may be issued upon request.
